Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a place to untangle the knots, tend to old wounds, and explore the stories we carry about ourselves and the world. Together, we'll cultivate greater self-understanding, resilience, and connection while making space for growth, change, and authenticity. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, affirming, and human.

Individual sessions are typically 50–55 minutes in length and tailored to your unique goals and needs.

I strive to create a space where people of all ages, genders, identities, and relationships feel seen, respected, and valued.

Individual therapy can support a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem, body image, family and relational challenges, identity exploration, trauma, and more.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy offers a space to slow down, deepen understanding, and navigate patterns that may leave partners feeling stuck, disconnected, or misunderstood. Together, we'll work to strengthen communication, foster intimacy, repair ruptures, and build relationships that feel more secure, authentic, and connected. I welcome couples of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship structures, including traditional and alternative relationships.

Sex Therapy

Sexuality is a deeply human part of our lives, yet it's often one of the hardest things to talk about. I strive to create a warm, affirming, and judgment-free space where conversations about sex, intimacy, pleasure, and desire can happen openly without awkwardness or shame. (Trust me: there isn't much you can say that will make me blush.)

My approach to sex therapy is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that a healthy relationship with our sexuality often begins with developing a more connected relationship with our bodies. Drawing from a mind-body perspective, including my background in yoga and somatic work, I help clients explore the many factors that shape their sexual experiences and intimate relationships.

I work with individuals and couples of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship structures, with a special interest in supporting LGBTQIA+, sex-positive, and kink communities. While I am not currently AASECT-certified, sexuality and intimacy are areas of deep clinical interest and ongoing learning, and I am passionate about helping clients build more fulfilling, authentic, and connected intimate lives.
